Nazir Ul-Ghani: CEO
Nazir has over 20 years experience in business and IT systems. Nazir’s degree was sponsored and he graduated winning the ‘School of Engineering prize’. Nazir initially worked as an analyst and then a PM in the UK and Europe for Pall engineering. After studying IT Strategy and Business Process Reengineering, at Cranfield, Nazir joined BUPA. After successfully re-engineering the HR function, introducing Treasury systems and implementing PeopleSoft he became responsible for delivering corporate systems.
Nazir was then recruited by a NASDAQ quoted SI Whitman-hart the PeopleSoft Practice Manager and built the sales and consulting teams from the ground up to become multi-million pound division in year 1. Nazir was then given responsibility for the SAP and Microsoft practices for the UK and laster focused on cross-selling solutions with the newly acquired companies Fulcrum Solutions, USWeb/CKS and Mitchell Madison Group.
After the USWeb/CKS and Whittman-Hart merger, Nazir joined his CTO at Cassium Technologies initially responsible for consulting. Nazir established the relationship with Microsoft and built and built the consulting division for Telco and Media. Cassium won backing by the venture capital arm of Close Brothers and was successfully sold to market listed Netstore in 2005.
Post earn-out, Nazir left Netstore and conducted an MBO of the Ri3K Microsoft technology team (owned by Brit Insurance) and co-founded Riverswave. Riverswave delivers high-performance managed service and SaaS information management solutions for global reinsurance companies.
More recently, Nazir worked at the Accenture and Microsoft joint venture Avanade and as a Solution Director for one of UKs leading Managed Service and Security company.

Ciaran Cosgrave: COO
Ciaran has been running or growing IT services organizations for the last ten years following completion of his MBA at Trinity College Dublin. He successfully sold his first business, Microsoft integration specialist Cassium Technologies, backed by venture capital arm of Close Brothers, to market listed Netstore in 2005. Post earn-out, he was appointed CTO and ran the professional services division. In July 2007 he was made part of the senior management team that engineered the sale of the business to 2e2 in October 2008 at a premium for shareholders.
Following the acquisition, he was appointed Managed Services Director for 2e2 where he was responsible for all front office functions (sales, marketing, proposition development) and the top line and margin profitability for this approx £60M division. He also led 2e2′s cross divisional SaaS innovation team.
Prior to completing his MBA he spent eight years working in international refugee humanitarian work in both Central Africa and Mexico. In 1998, he received the Sir Charles Harvey Irish Management Institute Award for Outstanding Performance in Business Studies.

Justin Brister: CTO
Justin has over 20 years experience across a variety of industries. His recent experience has been in the Telco sector providing consultancy and pre-sales leadership in eCommerce, and multi-channel content delivery.
In his last role as CTO for a mid-sized global systems integrator, Justin was responsible for setting and implementing the growth strategy for the Telco practice in both EMEA and North America. He was responsible for the development, promotion and delivery of Telco specific propositions for software products and services. He lead the sales and pre-sales teams in translating these propositions into real business.
Prior to this Justin ran his own consulting business providing IT and Management services to a number of global Blue Chip organisations in Financial Services, Media and Telco.
Justin holds a postgraduate qualification in Professional Management from the Open University and an HND in Software Engineering from University College.
