Findability
Organisations face challenges in finding information fast, as it often exists in a number of different formats and held in a variety of systems and database, often distributed across networks both inside and outside your organisation.
Being able to query and navigate all of your different information sources effectively can be both difficult and time consuming. Your knowledge of what information is available is also often restricted to what you are presented with in search results. This can result in critical information being missed which, in turn, has a direct impact on the critical business decisions taken by you, your internal staff, teams and external partners, suppliers and customers.
Currency
Often the information that you are presented with is old and out of date. In fact a recent survey suggested 60% of all the information held in most organisations is old files, out of date documents and previous versions of information that are no longer valid. This makes it challenging to find the most current information available within your organisation.
Current information could be buried deep down within search results or may not even be surfaced in your information search at all. It can also take considerable time for new information to be made available through your current search systems, and old and irrelevant data often clutters up search results, as information can’t be given a shelf-life by your existing search systems.
Usability

Our solution uses the Google Search, data and visualisation API’s to enable guided navigation, and we employ techniques including suggested search, geo visualisation (maps), Tag clouds, timelines and other mechanisms to help you successfully navigate all of your relevant information.
Contextual Information
Being able to go and find the information within your organisation is great, but what if the information could find YOU when you need it? Our solution uses Google’s One Box, Search and other API’s to enable context and search aware applications, enabling all applications that are capable of delivering information to direct it to users when they need it.
Vertical Integration
Many organisations use proprietary information from third parties and partners via subscription services to augment their own information. Our solution enables safe and secure integration with external information services to provide an aggregated information solution.
Security
Our solution uses the secure Google Search API’s to integrate with a variety of security standards, including Single Sign On solutions, to provide safe and secure access to information across multiple systems via a single search.
